• U.S. Mainland & Hawaii: Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Local Maui Delivery: Available free or discounted within certain Maui zip codes. Select at checkout if eligible.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.

Our products are natural and handcrafted with oils and butters. Please be mindful that heat may soften or melt items (like lotion bars or lip balms) during transit. If this happens, just pop them in the fridge for a few minutes and they’ll firm up again — quality and effectiveness are never affected.

❌ Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or unforeseen events (like weather disruptions). If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
